Quickly...
*Harald Zwart, fresh off this year's The Karate Kid, has been tapped by Sony Pictures to somehow direct a big screen flick based off the Roller Coaster Tycoon series of video games. The franchise has been extremely popular, spinning off into other separate "Tycoon" games and even novels. Each game offers you the chance to build your own theme park from scratch, inventing crazy coasters and other rides I have no idea how they're going to pull this off, unless it's something like Adventureland and just following a group of people in the park.
*Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston will reunite for the first time since 1998's The Object of My Attention. They'll be starring as a "married couple who tries to escape modern society and ends up in a hippie commune.” in Wanderlust, the new comedy directed by David Wain(Role Models). Judd Apatow is on board to produce. This one already sounds like a winner. Aniston could use one after The Bounty Hunter debacle.
*Kirsten Dunst could use a career resurgence herself, and hopefully this will be the film to do it. She's signed on to Walter Salles and Francis Ford Coppolla's On the Road, an adaptation of Jack Kerouac's novel about a disaffected drifter's journey across America. Kristen Stewart(The Yellow Ribbon, Twilight) and Garrett Hedlund(Tron Legacy) are currently attached to the project as well.
