Dylan Baker? He done get screwed real good if this turns out to be true. Rumors are that the big bad villain in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot will be none other than Dr. Curt Connors, otherwise known as The Lizard. The character actually showed up numerous times in the three previous Spidey flicks, played by the aforementioned Baker, but always as his human self. Seeing as how this is a reboot targeted at a younger audience, the chances of Baker finally getting a chance to get all green and scaley are slim to none, hence the screwing.
Whether or not this ties into the recent news that
Michael Fassbender is deciding on playing Magneto in X-men: First Class or the villain Spider-Man is still up in the air. That kinda seems like a no-brainer, though, doesn't it? Magneto, one of the greatest comic book characters ever? Or....The Lizard.
