Noomi Rapace, Jeremy Renner as witch hunting Hansel & Gretel

I was wondering when I'd get to see the sexy Noomi Rapace(The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) again in something where she wasn't sporting a nose ring.  According to a somewhat muddled quote from Jeremy Renner(The Hurt Locker), speaking at the Venice International Film Festival, she'll be starring alongside him in Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. We learned back in November that Tommy Wirkola(Dead Snow) was taking this on as his next project, with Dante Harper penning the script. Adam McKay(The Other Guys) is producing, with eyes on turning this into a major franchise.

The film features a grown up Hansel and Gretel, now adults, who continue their witch hunting ways inspired by their first encounter made popular by the fairy tale. Only now the two have grown darker, more equipped(think big weaponry), and far more violent.
