The "Winners" of the 2011 Razzie Awards

As usual, just before the Academy Awards hands out their little golden statues to the best Hollywood has to offer, The Razzie Awards make sure to shine a dull light on cinema's worst.  I continue to think the Razzies long ago stopped looking to offend anybody and have started looking for "soft" targets(Twilight and M. Night Shymalan for example) to single out.

So without further ado, here's your list of 2011's Razzie Award "winners"....

Worst Supporting Actor – Jackson Rathbone for The Last Airbender and

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Worst Supporting Actress – Jessica Alba for The Killer Inside Me, Little Fockers, Machete and
Valentine’s Day

Worst Actor – Ashton Kutcher for Killers and Valentine’s Day

Worst Screen Ensemble – the cast of Sex and the City 2

Worst Actress – Joint award to Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis for Sex and the City 2

Worst SequelSex and the City 2

Worst Screenplay – M. Night Shyamalan for The Last Airbender

Worst Eye-Gouging Mis-Use of 3-DThe Last Airbender

Worst Director – M. Night Shyamalan for The Last Airbender

Worst FilmThe Last Airbender

I'm willing to bet that nobody behind the Razzies actually saw The Killer Inside Me, because Alba's actually very good in it. Seriously, are any of these selections controversial in the least? It's like they just pick 1 or 2 movies a year to single out that nobody will argue with and just run with that.  Pretty pitiful.
