Anne Hathaway mentions the word 'Catwoman', obviously means she'll suit up. Right?

If you want evidence just how info starved we in the movie news business are over The Dark Knight Rises, this latest bit should prove it.  When Christopher Nolan tapped Anne Hathaway(get your mind out of the gutter) to join the final installment of his Batman trilogy, we all(myself included) just sortof assumed it'd be as Catwoman. Yet she's only been referred to as 'Selina Kyle', which is Catwoman's alter ego.  Did that mean she wouldn't be wearing the catty outfit afterall? Considering this is the dark, gritty world established by Nolan, having someone run around in purple latex didn't really seem like a natural fit.

During a post-Oscars interview with Oprah Winfrey, Anne Hathaway talked about The Dark Knight Rises a little bit, and she refers to herself as Catwoman.  Check the video, courtesy of THR...




Look, I have no doubt that we will see the Catwoman outfit in the film, but I think too many sites are jumping to a conclusion based on something extremely flimsy. Maybe she's like me and practically everybody else who simply refers to the character in the most easily recognizable way? Not many people know the name 'Selina Kyle', but 'Catwoman' everybody's heard of.
