Trailer Time: The Hangover part II

The teaser trailer for The Hangover part II was flawless. Short. Sweet. Got you hyped to see the characters you loved the first time around. Hey, the Wolf Pack was Back! What's not to love? Todd Phillips was smart not to blow all the best jokes, and since The Hangover was one of the most successful comedies ever, there was no real reason to.  Now we've got the first full theatrical trailer for the film, and...well, I'll just let you watch it first...




It's the same friggin' movie in a different city! Instead of a baby, they're walking around with a monkey! Aaargh! Seriously, why go with the exact same plot all over again? Using gags that rely on the same old characters showing up(Mike Tyson, Ken Jeong). What jokes we see are knock offs, also. The monkey bit on the bus? Come on. I get that the premise was a very large reason why The Hangover was such a success, but it wasn't the only reason. The premise isn't why it's remained so popular with folks. Oh, color me worried.

The Hangover part II hits theaters on May 26th!
