Trailer Time: Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, starring Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy
I've heard nothing but rave reviews coming out of the Venice International Film Festival for Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, not that it should come as any sort of surprise considering the wealth of talent this film has to offer. An adaptation of John LeCarre's classic spy novel, it goes deep into the inner workings of British MI-6, where an ex-agent(Gary Oldman) is brought back to sniff out a traitor in their midst.
The latest trailer, aimed for US audiences rather than the UK(the film comes out next week for them) is a brisk, dialogue heavy showcase, almost as if Aaron Sorkin wanted to make an espionage thriller(which would be awesome). Tom Hardy, Benedict Cumberbatch, Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds, Toby Jones, John Hurt, and Stephen Graham fill out a cast that's completely unfair to every other film out there. December 9th can't come fast enough. Check out the new trailer below...
