Oh hey, y'know that really cool poster from a couple of weeks ago that we were all so hyped over? The "Christmas Tree of Action Heroes" poster featuring the entire cast of The Expendables 2? Well, apparently it was a fakeroonie. The studio has no idea where it came from, but whoever did it deserves a round of applause for fooling the entire entertainment news industry. Get that man a job! Anyway, here is the real official poster for the film, and it's...well, not nearly as fun as the other one. That's how you know it's legit, because of how boring it is.
Directed by Simon West, the summer sequel stars every action star who ever held a gun, punched a thug, slow motion leaped away from an explosion, raced through the city streets on top of a taxi. Jason Statham, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are all back for more. Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Liam Hemsworth, and Scott Adkins are the new faces.
