Trailer Time: 'Nameless Gangster', starring Choi Min-sik

Anytime Choi Min-sik(Oldboy, I Saw the Devil) is in a new flick it's a cause worth celebrating, even if the role require he be rendered unrecognizable. In his upcoming crime pic, Nameless Gangster, Min-sik put on an astonishing amount of weight for the lead role as Choi Ik-hyun, a corrupt customs officer who becomes one of the biggest drug pushers in Korea just as the government begins it's crackdown in the 1990s.

Directed by Jong-bin Yun and co-starring Ha Jung-Woo(The Yellow Sea), this new teaser trailer has a definite Goodfellas vibe coursing through it. Since it's in Korean, atmosphere is pretty much all we have to go on, but this being a Min-sik film I'm hoping it finds a way onto our shores eventually.  Check out the trailer for Nameless Gangster below....
