Daniele Watts joins the cast of 'Django Unchained'

If you're wondering why Quentin Tarantino is still adding people to the cast of Django Unchained, his upcoming spaghetti western which was scheduled to be shooting right about now, the start date was pushed back a few weeks into February for unknown reasons. Perhaps he wanted to fine tune the script, or he still had a couple of tiny roles to fill, which would explain the addition of Daniele Watts to the already impressive roster of talent.

Watts is pretty much an unknown, but she's slowly making a name for herself on the small screen with appearances on Criminal Minds and Cold Case. Blackfilm notes that she'll be taking on the role of Coco, a small part in the film about a former slave who teams with a German bounty hunter to get vengeance on an evil plantation owner.

With a cast that includes Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson, Sacha Baron Cohen, Don Johnson, Kurt Russell, Anthony Lapaglia, Rza, Misty Upham, and Dennis Christopher, Watts is never going to get better on the job training than this. In fact, it's probably all downhill from here, so enjoy it!

Django Unchained will make your holiday season on Christmas Day!
