New poster for Judd Apatow's "sort-of sequel", 'This is Forty'

Oh, Leslie Mann! So hot, even when just brushing your teeth while watching Paul Rudd take a dump. Even though it may be tough to take your eyes off of her, a quick glance at the top of the newest poster for Judd Apatow's This is Forty, shows the headline "The sort-of sequel to Knocked Up". Universal didn't put that there for no reason, and it has more to do with poking fun at themselves for not really knowing how to describe the film back when Apatow first announced it.

The reason for the Knocked Up reference is likely a way to draw in fans who may have been on the fence about another Apatow laugher dealing with growing old and growing up. Throw in what looks to be some pretty heavy stuff about the fragility of marriage and people may be turning to the rest of December's crowded film slate for entertainment. Let's not forget that the film will deal with direct competition on December 21st from Tom Cruise's One Shot, and Life of Pi from Ang Lee. Want more? It'll also have to contend with The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty, Les Miserables, Django Unchained, and The Great Gatsby. Yikes.

So I'm guessing Universal is going to pull out all the stops, especially with two straight Apatow-produced films failing hard at the box office. I wouldn't be totally surprised if we start hearing about a possible appearance from Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl, even though Apatow has said in the past they won't be in the film. You can bring back Charlyne Yi and Jason Segel to reprise their roles but not Rogen and Heigl? That doesn't sound logical. Albert Brooks, Megan Fox, Chris O'Dowd, Melissa McCarthy, John Lithgow, and Lena Dunham will co-star.
