When it comes to the casting of Robert Rodriguez's Machete Kills, the logic seems to be to have no logic whatsoever! Pure chaos seems to be the avenue he's taking, and I for one can't wait to see how such a combustible mix of personalities is going to play out on screen. Now Rodriguez has thrown another unexpected element into the mix with the addition of Chilean martial artist, Marko Zaror.
Zaror won't have to struggle to remember his character's name or anything, as he'll go simply by 'Zaror' in the film. Zaror is the henchman to Mel Gibson's character, an arms dealer who plans to fire a weapon into orbit and start a world war. Danny Trejo will be back as the titular Mexican ex-Federale, hired to bring Gibson's character down. The rest of the kooky cast includes Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Charlie Sheen, Amber Heard, Demian Bichir, Sofia Vergara, Vanessa Hudgens, Zoe Saldana, William Sadler, Lady Gaga, Alexa Vega, Edward James Olmos, and the Avellan Twins.
