New images and 16 cool posters from 'The Man with the Iron Fists'

RZA may be best known as the Wu-Tang Clan founder, but he's been hovering on the fringes of film making for so long that it was inevitable we'd be where we are today, just a few short weeks until his directorial debut, The Man with the Iron Fists. The film looks exactly like the hyper-violent, kinetic experience you'd expect from the kung fu aficionado, who has seen his style behind the camera influenced by Ridley Scott, Quentin Tarantino, and Eli Roth.

I had a chance to speak with RZA yesterday(interview will be up in a few days), and he's doing everything he can to make his film stand out from the rest, even while acknowledging it looks like a twisted cousin to Tarantino's Django Unchained. As a perfect example of RZA's dedication to having his film be unlike any other, a batch of sixteen awesome posters have been released featuring some of the coolest promo art I've ever seen. Commissioned from a number of different artists, each with a vastly different artistic style, compare these to the warmed over photoshopped junk Summit churns out for The Twilight Saga. No comparison, really.

Check out all of those posters below, along with a handful of new pics from the film's Facebook page. A couple of them feature ex-WWE star Dave Bautista as the chiseled Bronze Body, who RZA just couldn't stop raving about. The Man with the Iron Fists opens on November 2nd....
