Last month we learned that Lionsgate and Miramax would be dropping the awesome Tarantino XX: 8 Film Collection Blu-Ray on our heads in November, and while I was pissed it didn't include the long-promised Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, it was still an automatic must-buy purchase in my book. Now a trailer for the 10-disc box set has been released and it's pretty much everything a Quentin Tarantino fan could hope for.
The set includes all of the films Tarantino directed during the first twenty years of his amazing career: Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Death Proof, and Inglourious Basterds, along with True Romance, which he didn't direct but provided the incredible screenplay for. The bonus discs provide more than five hours of additional content, including a critics' retrospective on Tarantino's filmography.
