So are Gale and Peeta gonna come to blows in Catching Fire, or what? Isn't that kind of what we're all expecting, for them to brawl over the love of Katniss? Thank Twilight and its lame, overdramatic love triangle for instilling those expectations within us, but we won't spoil anything here for those who haven't read the books yet.
The latest victory portraits showcase Josh Hutcherson as Peeta, all decked out in white, and Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne, who looks rather plain and kind of dejected. A sign of things to come? Peeta finds himself in a very different position, having just won the 74th Hunger Games and apparently Katniss' affections. Gale is still sort of stuck in the same place, only now having to deal with Katniss' newfound celebrity.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire hits theaters on November 22nd.
