New Trailer for The Coen Brothers' 'Inside Llewyn Davis'

The anticipation has been mounting for the Coen Brothers' latest film, Inside Llewyn Davis, long before it took home the prestigious Grand Prix award at Cannes. Set against the backdrop of the 1960s, it stars the musically-gifted Oscar Isaac putting his talented to good use as the titular musician, who deals with a flagging career, an empty bank account, and a long-suffering girlfriend played by Carey Mulligan.

A new trailer has been released and it walks a perfect balance between humor and the personal burdens Davis' faces, from the running cat gag to his being so poor he can't afford a coat. Marcus Mumford's "Fare Thee Well" adds a soulful touch to the film that sports Justin Timberlake, Garrett Hedlund, and John Goodman as part of its ensemble.

Inside Llewyn Davis takes the stage on December 6th.
