Captain America Casting Note: Another Bites the Dust

On his Facebook page, Wilson Bethel(Generation Kill) revealed that he's no longer in the running for the role of Steve Rogers in The First Avenger: Captain America....

"O Captain, My Captain... I am not He... Thanks for all of the love & support."

The list continues to include Mike Vogel(Cloverfield), Garret Hedlund(Tron Legacy), Chris Evans(Sunshine), and reportedly Ryan Phillippe(54) and Channing Tatum(Dear John).

I couldn't have pick this guy out of a police line up, so him not getting the part doesn't bother me one bit.
