Sure Shots: Sylvester Stallone; 'Dog Fight'; Lily Collins

* Reason to worry? Warner Brothers has pulled Sylvester Stallone's upcoming actioner, Bullet to the Head, from it's April 13th release date. The film directed by Warren Hill(The Warriors) has Stallone as a New Orleans hitman teaming with a young NY cop(Sung Kang) to get revenge on the guy who killed their partners. Why the move? It probably has more to do with the crowded slate that weekend, which already features The Three Stooges and the Joss Whedon scripted Cabin in the Woods. Chances are a new release date for Stallone's flick will be revealed soon. [Deadline]

* Speaking of Warner Brothers, the studio has changed the name of their upcoming political comedy starring Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis. Originally titled Southern Rivals, then Dog Fight, the film will now go by the much more boring sounding name of The Campaign. Yuck. Directed by Jay Roach(Recount, Game Change), the film features the two funnymen as two rival politicians jockeying for votes in small congressional district. Dan Akroyd, Jason Sudeikis, John Lithgow, and Brian Cox will co-star. The release date remains unchanged, set to light up the campaign season on August 10th.

* Don't get mixed up now, but Hailee Steinfeld was recently attached to two versions of Romeo and Juliet. One is the more familiar, directed by Carlo Carlei and starring Douglas Booth and Ed Westwick. That film is currently shooting in Italy. But last year, Steinfeld was also attached to Rosaline, a modern take on Shakespeare's classic romance based on an upcoming novel by Rebecca Serles. Directed by Michael Sucsy(The Vow), Dave Franco and Deborah Ann Woll(True Blood) were attached to co-star, but we've heard little of the film since. In that time Steinfeld has apparently dropped out, with Lily Collins(The Blind Side) stepping in to fill the Juliet role. Collins recently dropped out of the lead in the Evil Dead remake, and the other franchise flick she had in The Mortal Instruments was recently shelved. In other words, Collins' schedule is about as wide open as it gets. [Variety]
