Christopher Nolan LOOOOOVES him some Marvel superhero movies. War between Marvel and DC/Warner Brothers? Pffft! I don't think so. Not only did one of the trailers for The Dark Knight debut attached to Iron Man in 2008, but Inception's trailer did the same a couple years later with Iron Man 2. Now it's been confirmed the newest trailer for The Dark Knight Rises will premier when The Avengers opens on May 4th.
Hey, it's proven to be a successful partnership so far, so why screw with a good thing? Thanks to NolanFans for the screenshot! The Dark Knight Rises will hit theaters on July 20th!
