New trailer for the Sundance horror hit, 'V/H/S'

Funny that this is the official "all ages" trailer for V/H/S, because there shouldn't be a parent on the planet who would take their kids to see something like this. Even with this less gory version of the trailer, V/H/S still looks terrifying enough that even I might intentionally accidentally miss the screening if we get one. Directed by a host of horror maestros including Ti West(The Innkeepers) and Adam Wingard(A Horrible Way to Die), the film was an official selection at this year's Sundance Film Festival, and has been praised to the stratosphere by some of the biggest names in the genre.

The story follows a bunch of petty crooks hired to retrieve a VHS tape from an old, rundown house in the middle of nowhere. When they arrive they discover the job won't be so easy, finding a dead body in the living room in front of a TV set surrounded by stacks of VHS tapes. The only way to find the right tape is to watch them, and as they soon discover, each tape is more horrifying and strange than the one before.

V/H/S hits VOD on August 31st, before opening in theaters on October 5th....
