New CinemaCon trailer for 'The Wolverine'

Is someone trying to turn the annual CinemaCon event into a new breeding ground for footage of the summer's biggest tentpoles? Just a few days ago we were treated to an epic trailer for Guillermo Del Toro's Pacific Rim, which had been exclusive to attendees of the event up to that point. Now comes new footage from the second Marvel offering of the summer, The Wolverine.

The trailer doesn't actually provide a lot of new footage, but does show that Logan (Hugh Jackman) will be breaking out the adamantium steel early and often. Rain-soaked, noirish Japan makes for an intriguing backdrop compared to the sterile X-men Origins: Wolverine, and we've been promised that the Canadian X-man will be tested physically like never before. Look close and you'll catch a glimpse of Famke Janssen as Jean Grey, the most important woman in his life up to this point.

Directed by James Mangold, The Wolverine claws into theaters on July 26th.
