International Trailer for 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' Offers New Footage

Before you go and hang out with a talking raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy, 20th Century Fox would like you to spend some quality time with their army of talking apes. A new international trailer for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes has been released that offers up a few bits of new footage and a slightly different focus, but still looks like a sequel that has grown exponentially from the first film.

Directed by Matt Reeves and starring Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, Keri Russell, Judy Greer, Toby Kebbell, Kodi Smit-McPhee and the returning Andy Serkis, the story follows a group of human survivors in San Francisco trying to co-exist with Caesar and his clan. Of course that proves to be easier said than done and a conflict erupts that may wipe out humanity once and for all.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes opens July 11th.
