If the catacombed madness of The Descent was a little too claustrophobic for you to bear, chances are John Erick Dowdle's (Devil, Quarantine) new horror As Above, So Below may not be your best option this weekend. A new extended red band trailer for the found footage horror that stars Ben Feldman, Perdita Weeks, and Edwin Hodge as archaeologists who venture into the caves below Paris to find an artifact, but end up finding something far more Hellish. Here's the official synopsis:
Miles of twisting catacombs lie beneath the streets of Paris, the eternal home to countless souls. When a team of explorers venture into the uncharted maze of bones, they uncover the dark secret that lies with this city of the dead. A journey into madness and terror.
As Above So Below opens August 29th.
