Transformers 3 Ready to Roll Out....without a Script

Did they ever have a script? I thought the first two films were just a bunch of  trash cans rolling on a beach with explosions around 'em. Deadline.com is reporting that Michael Bay and Co. are ready to start filming the threequel in May. Fast? Yes. But so fast that they don't even have a finished script? Apparently they don't need one.

Also, apparently no decision has been made as to whether or not the film will be shot in 3-D. Michael Bay is on record as being against the trend, but Producer(and basic head honcho) Steven Spielberg is a little bit of a fan. If it comes down to a battle of wills(and money), Spielberg's gonna win this one. Expect Transformers to be in 3-D.
