In case you don't notice by all the miscellaneous objects flying at your face, the first teaser trailer for Resident Evil: Afterlife makes sure you know that it was “Filmed with the James Cameron/Vincent Pace Fusion Camera System!!". Ok, I get it! So this better look friggin' awesome, guys!
For real though, this is a pretty sweet trailer, with more of a Matrixy look and feel than the somewhat dusty, bland looking last couple of films. Still, it's Resident Evil so I'm highly suspicious of it. At least it looks like they might've gotten the 3-D right. Can't say the same about Clash of the Titans....

SYNOPSIS: In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.
Resident Evil: Afterlife stars Milla Jojovich, Ali Larter, Wentworth Miller and is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. It's set to be released on September 10, 2010.
