Twilight Actors Finally Sign Their Friggin' Contracts

Maybe some people don't realize it, but The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn wasn't as much of a done deal as it may have seemed. There was a lot of haggling going on behind the scenes, and even though the primary actors have been signed for awhile, there were plenty of other talents that were politicking for more dough. Variety is reporting that the final seven actors who were negotiating for more money have finally come to terms. This includes Kellen Lutz(Emmett Cullen), Ashley Greene(Alice Cullen), Peter Facinelli(Carlisle Cullen), Billy Burke(Charlie Swan), Elizabeth Reaser(Esme), Jackson Rathbone(Jasper), and Nikki Reed(Rosalie).

The holdup was about the amount the actors would receive if/when Breaking Dawn is ever confirmed to be split into two films, as most people expect it will be. The majority of the cast was not signed for a fifth film, so re-negotiations had to take place. These signing basically free Summit Entertainment up to make the split official.  Bill Condon(Dreamgirls) is signed to helm both pictures if that is the case. The third film in the blockbuster series, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, opens June 30th.

Other than Facinelli and Reed, these people might as well be wearing pantyhose on their heads. If they were to have been replaced I probably wouldn't have noticed.
