New Dinner for Schmucks theatrical trailer

Back in April we got the first look at the new comedy, Dinner for Schmucks, from director Jay Roach. The film stars Paul Rudd(Role Models) as an IRS employee looking to score major points with his boss by finding the perfect guest for what is known as the "dinner for idiots". Rudd's boss holds these dinners, and provides special benefits to the employee who finds the perfect moron to attend. Enter Steve Carell's(The Office) character, an innocent loser who has a thing for dressing up mice.

If you'll recall, the first trailer didn't exactly blow me away. Neither does this one, with many of my original criticisms intact. I still hold out hope since the cast is so good, and I had a thing for the film it's based on, Le Diner de Cons.

Dinner for Schmucks is due to hit theaters on July 23rd, 2010. Check out the trailer and let us know what you think!
