'Glee' star up for role as Spider-Man's love interest?

Just last week we learned that Emma Stone and Mia Wasikowska were testing for the role of either Gwen Stacy or Mary Jane Waston in Marc Webb's Spider-Man flick. Those are the two biggest names although it's becoming more apparent that others are vying for the chance to get caught up in Spidey's web of love. Deadline is reporting that Dianna Agron, currently one of the stars of Fox's smash hit, Glee, is in contention along with the relatively unknown Georgina Haig(Wasted on the Young).

Agron has reportedly already screen tested, but questions about her availability have been raised.

Agron has yet to be featured in any major theatrical releases, but that's about to change with her upcoming role in DJ Caruso's I Am Number Four. Agron's most notable work outside of Glee has been a three episode stint on Veronica Mars.
