Red Band Trailer: No Strings Attached, starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher

Perhaps the only thing really going for No Strings Attached, Ivan Reitman's comedy starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher as two friends trying to have a totally emotion-free sexual relationship was that it featured two very sexy, big name stars being very open and a little raunchy. The problem I had was that the previous trailer we saw didn't really convince me of how far the film was willing to go. As if reading my mind, a new red band trailer has been released and it ups the nastiness quotient on this film up to 10, which is perfectly fine with me. I dig all the frank, blunt sex talk. I could do without some of the lame jokes about womens' menstrual cycles, but all in all I'm warming up to the idea that this might be a fun date flick. It's also good to see Greta Gerwig, one of my stand out actresses of 2010, getting some pub in a mainstream film for once.  Check out the trailer below, which might be a little unsafe for work.



No Strings Attached  finds it's way into theaters in just a couple of weeks on January 21st! Let's hope it's good, because I don't think I've liked an Ivan Reitman flick since 1998. Yes I'm talking about Six Days Seven Nights.
