Classic monster battle royale in Monster Brawl, starring Dave Foley and Kevin Nash

Ever wonder who would win a no-holds barred grudge match between The Wolfman and The Mummy? Does Frankenstein's Monster stand a chance against the Sasquatch? In Monster Brawl, a Canadian flick from writer/director Jesse Thomas Cook, a host of classic monsters square off in a cursed graveyard for creature supremacy during a live TV broadcast.

The film stars Dave Foley(The Kids in the Hall), pro wrestling superstar Kevin Nash, "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart, the voices of Lance Henriksen(Aliens), RJ Skinner, and many more. 

Looks like it could be a lot of fun, and even though the budget was clearly limited they did some solid work making the combatants look pretty fierce. I'll be curious to see what kind of story they come up with behind the gathering of all these monsters in one place. I know it's a TV show, and ultimately what we get is one big tournament to see who's the toughest, but there has to be more to it than that.
