The cast of Ridley Scott's Prometheus expands by one

Deadline is reporting a new addition to the cast of Ridley Scott's Alien prequel-thingy, Prometheus. Logan Marshall-Green(Across the Universe) has signed on to play Holloway, a crewman and possible love interest to the lead character Elizabeth Shaw, played by Noomi Rapace(Sherlock Holmes 2).

Marshall-Green was most recently featured in Devil, the M. Night Shymalan produced horror film from last year. He's not an actor I recognize, but he's been in a number of films I've seen, such as Brooklyn's Finest, Across the Universe, and The Great Raid. For the most part all of those films are forgettable, and apparently so were his performances in them. Looks a little bit like a poor man's Tom Hardy, doesn't he?

Look for Prometheus to hit theaters on June 8th, 2012!
