New Super 8 TV spot features a bit of new footage

There's a new TV spot out for JJ Abrams' Super 8.  The story remains mostly under wraps, although it appears to be inspired by the Amblin Entertainment movies of the 1980s(E.T., Batteries Not Included, The Goonies). What we've been able to surmise is that it's some sort of monster movie set in the aftermath of a train crash in a small Ohio town.  You can check out the TV spot below. It's only about a minute long, but I'm sure those who are as eager to learn everything they can about the film will gobble it right up. 



Super 8 is set to roll into theaters on June 10th, 2011!
