Trailer Time: The Adventures of Tintin, directed by Steven Spielberg

Is December 21st here yet? Can we maybe jump ahead in time? Is that doable? The latest trailer for The Adventures of Tintin is by far the biggest yet, encompassing pirates on the high seas, hidden desert cities, fast paced Indiana Jones style adventure. It looks like a Steven Spielberg flick, and the motion capture is glorious. I'm a big fan of the work Robert Zemeckis used to do with the technique, but what Peter Jackson and WETA have done is simply on another level.

The Adventures of Tintin features Jamie Bell, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Andy Serkis(of course), Toby Jones, and Daniel Craig. Simon Moffat(Dr. Who), Edgar Wright(Shaun of the Dead), and Joe Cornish(Attack the Block) provided the script, so you know it's on point. Check out the breathtaking new trailer below...
