December 16th is turning out to be a banner day for Bat-heads. Not only will that day see the release of a 6-minute prologue of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises attached to IMAX screenings of Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol, but now comes word that the second trailer will also hit that day. According to the usually reliable Batman-On-Film, the trailer will play ahead of showings of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, debuting that same day.
I would take this as rumor until we get something more concrete, but that's just another reason for you to plan on making December 16th a day you'll spend entirely at the movies. I can hardly wait.
