New image of Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket in 'The Hunger Games'

Another day, another silly viral for The Hunger Games. This one takes you to a website called Capital Couture, which I guess is like Panem's one stop shop for fashionistas and those who want to look stylish while they're working in the salt mines or something. The site also features a brand new image of Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, whose extravagant clothes and wigs are in contrast to her strict demeanor.

The Hunger Games is based on the insanely popular series of novels by Suzanne Collins, and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Lenny Kravitz, Stanley Tucci, and far too many more to even think about naming here. Look for it in theaters on March 23rd.
