Trailer Time: 'Howling', starring Song Kang-Ho

Song Kang-Ho has been fortunate for a lot of his acting career, having worked with most of South Korea's most renowned filmmakers in Park Chan-Wook(Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Thirst) and Bong Joon-Ho(The Host, the upcoming Snow Piercer), and Kim Ji-Woon(The Good, The Bad, The Weird). Most of his roles have proven to be pretty...well, let's call them "far out". His next film, Howling, might be the strangest by far. It centers on a murder investigation involving a series of victims dying from spontaneous combustion. Seriously. Oh, and werewolves figure into the picture somehow. What the hell is going on?

To find out, you'll need to check out the new trailer for Howling, and although it's presented in Korean you should be able to tell this is one far out crime flick. It opens next month in South Korea, and hopefully we'll get an English-language cut not long after....[24fps]
