Mark Duplass joins Kathryn Bigelow's 'Zero Dark Thirty'

So it really is like every day we're learning of a new project involving indie stalwart turned burgeoning star, Mark Duplass(Humpday). Just yesterday we learned he'll be joined by Jennifer Aniston(maybe) and Ben Kingsley in the sci-fi comedy, Convention, and now he's just been added to the cast Kathryn Bigelow's Osama Bin Laden film, Zero Dark Thirty.

Strange that the film has been shooting for months now, yet major pieces to the puzzle are still being added. Deadline says Duplass will have a key supporting role, although it remains shrouded in mystery much like everything else. What we do know is that the film is set to release on December 19th, although all this new casting makes me wonder if it'll hit the target date. Duplass joins Joel Edgerton, Jessica Chastain, Jason Clarke, Chris Pratt, Nash Edgerton, Mark Strong, Edgar Ramirez, Kyle Chandler, Jennifer Ehle, Fares Fares, Frank Grillo, and Harold Perrineau.

Duplass will be seen next in Lynn Shelton's indie dramedy, Your Sister's Sister, opposite Emily Blunt and Rosemarie DeWitt. He'll follow that up with Safety Not Guaranteed, starring Aubrey Plaza.
