The little boy with the big ears from Witness and the little girl from The Nanny have grown up and come together for a quirky relationship dramedy, and it doesn't look half bad. Lukas Haas and the super sexy Madeline Zima star in Crazy Eyes, an indie film from director and co-writer, Adam Sherman.
Haas play Zack, a rich guy living the dream out in Los Angeles. He's got money, all the women he could ever want, and the party just never seems to end. He hangs out at a bar run by his best buddy(Jake Busey), where he meets Rebecca(Zima), a girl unlike any he's ever met before. She's the one woman in town he can't quite figure out; the one woman he can't have; which of course makes him want her even more. The story follows them as he aims for something more from the woman he calls "Crazy Eyes", while she seems to have a totally different idea of where their relationship should go. Cue up the angst and the tension and the drama. Actually, it looks quite good, and I'm a big fan of practically everybody involved. Less Busey is always appreciated, though.
