The Wolfpack channel The Beatles in first look at 'The Hangover Part III'
''The Hangover Part III is Alan's story,'' says director Todd Phillips of Zach Galifianakis' character. ''He's going through a crisis after the death of his father, [and] the Wolfpack is all he has.''
It sounds to me like Phillips is going to be doing something a little bit different as he wraps up The Wolfpack's story in The Hangover Part III. Taking the boys from Tijuana and back to where it all started in Las Vegas, they're finally going to see all of those screw up from the first two flicks come back to haunt them. In the process they'll rescue Alan from a mental ward, and apparently one of their major screw-ups from the first film will come back to haunt them in a pretty significant way. Could it involve Heather Graham, who we know is coming back as the stripper, Jade? Or maybe it's John Goodman, who signed on as the "villain" a few months ago?
Whatever the case, EW has unveiled a pair of new photos, one of which shows the Wolfpack doing their best impression of The Beatles on Abbey Road. Could we be seeing Justin Bartha have bigger part to play this time? Just having him in this pic gives me that confidence. The other shows the twisted Mr. Chow, looking more demented than ever, in a role we know will see him have a greater impact than ever. Hopefully it won't involve us having to see his penis this time. Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha, Ken Jeong, Heather Graham, Jeffrey Tambor, Gillian Vigman, Sasha Barrese, Jamie Chung and John Goodman will star when The Hangover Part III opens on May 24th 2013.
