New 'Iron Man 3' IMAX poster by comics artist Jock

Over the last few years, IMAX has made it a tradition to reveal a special, limited edition poster for all of their biggest midnight screenings. Obviously, Iron Man 3 would qualify as a pretty big deal, and so IMAX has released the new poster for the event, noting that this will be the last in the series.

The poster, drawn by acclaimed comic book artist Jock (The Losers), will be available to those who attend the 12:01am IMAX showings of Iron Man 3 on May 3rd. It shows Iron Man launching into the air along with the drone army he'll be deploying against the Mandarin. Go here to see if your local IMAX theater is showing Iron Man 3 that night, and if you're hoping to snag one of these posters it might be a good idea to show up very early.

PLOT: Marvel’s “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds.
