Is 'Jurassic Park 4' heading back to Isla Nublar?

Details remain scarce on Jurassic Park 4, which recently landed Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed) as a director with Steven Spielberg lending a hand as producer. We do know that Trevorrow plans to shoot it in 3D, which should make all of those dinosaurs look incredible, and now according to his Twitter feed we may have some idea where the story will take place.

Trevorrow tweeted the above image from his location scout, captioned "Nublar". Isla Nublar was the location of the first film, while the two sequels took us to Isla Sorna. So it looks like the action is headed back home, but for what purpose? Will it be for the length of the film, or is this possibly just part of a flashback sequence or cameo? And along those lines, will we be seeing any of the original cast? How could the dinosaurs have sustained themselves all these years? Oh that darn Mother Nature. She always finds a way, doesn't she?

Jurassic Park 4 is set to open its doors on June 13th 2014.
