New Look at 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2'; Plus EW Covers for 'Carrie' and 'Ender's Game'
As the fanboys finish up the stitching on their new Superman costume and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle masks are taken down off the shelf, it can only mean that Comic-Con is right around the corner. Another sign that the geek event of the year is on the way is the arrival of EW's Comic-Con specific issue, and this year they've given us multiple covers featuring The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Carrie, Ender's Game, and Orphan Black.
The Spidey image shows a face off between Andrew Garfield's wallcrawler and Jamie Foxx as the villain Electro. It does give us a better look at the final design of Electro's staticky dome and costume, and the fact that he's featured suggests the half-dozen other villains in the film will take a back seat to him. Speaking of other baddies, a new image was also released which features Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn, who may or may not suit up as the Green Goblin. Judging by those shades he's wearing I'd say he's due for a heelish turn.
Ther's also a new pic of Chloe Moretz drenched in blood as Carrie; Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield in Ender's Game, and Tatiana Maslany from the BBC series Orphan Black which I only just heard about yesterday. Anybody know anything about it? Clue me in.
