New Trailer for Jackie Chan's 'CZ12' aka 'Chinese Zodiac'
Jackie Chan hit Comic-Con last year to introduce the trailer for CZ12 (aka Chinese Zodiac), the third film in the Armour of God trilogy and sequel to 1991's Operation Condor. Since then it's gone on to be one of China's biggest domestic releases ever and a hit the world over, despite numerous criticisms about the lengthy runtime and familiar stuntwork. Now as it's finally on the verge of hitting theaters in the U.S., a new trailer offers a look at what Chan said would be his "last big action movie".
There's still plenty of action to be found, and Chan broke two Guinness World Records for the number of stunts performed in a single film. Written and directed by Chan, who also reprises his role as Asian Hawk, the story has him on a global adventure to retrieve the twelve bronze statue heads of the Chinese zodiac animals, stolen in 1860 by the French and British armies.
CZ12 opens on October 18th.
