Now that Marvel has Agents of SHIELD to help boost their cinematic projects, it's becoming even tougher to avoid footage of Thor: The Dark World. With the film only a month away from storming theaters, expect the marketing machine to put the Asgardian thunder god out there early and often.
Case in point, Marvel has just released the first clip and a pair of new posters. The images feature two members of the Warriors Three, Zachary Levi as Fandral and Ray Stevenson as the rotund Volstagg. We can probably assume that Tadanobu Asano's Ogun will get his own soon. The clip is a scene we saw a shorter version of in the most recent trailers, as Thor attempts to get his duplicitous brother Loki to help against the threat of Malekith, all the while knowing he'll be stabbed in the back at some point.
Thor: The Dark World is directed by Alan Taylor and opens November 8th.
