Samuel L. Jackson Reveals Nick Fury's Next Appearance; Marvel Foils Don Cheadle's Spoiler Attempts
I'll try to keep this as spoiler free as possible. Not just because nobody needs to have Captain America: The Winter Soldier details ruined for them, but because we don't want Marvel to hurt anybody around here. Anyway, Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury saw his entire status quo altered dramatically in the Captain America sequel, making his future appearances...well, let's just say they'll be more important than ever.
Vulture caught up with him and asked if we'd be seeing Fury any time soon, and Jackson replied he'll return to Agents of SHIELD, which is in the midst of their 'Uprising' event....
Jackson: "I did! Last week! I just shot the end-of-the-season show."
Of course, Jackson was reluctant to reveal any further information when pressed on it, adding "You're trying to get me fired and killed! I don't talk about Marvel's business. None of us do."
Right. And we have a pretty good example why they're afraid to spill the beans on Marvel's plans. Don Cheadle appeared on The Arsenio Hall Show, and just as he was about to leak some super-secret info on Avengers: Age of Ultron, but before he could do it, Hawkeye or some other Marvel sniper made his presence felt. This is a pretty fun video.
