Arguably the biggest movie of the season doesn't have any big explosions, hobbits, or superpowers, it's a murder mystery with a crumbling marriage right at its center. We're only a week away from David Fincher's Gone Girl and the anticipation is building to what many think will be a sure-fire Oscar contender.
The first clip from the adaptation of Gillian Flynn's phenomenon of a novel features Ben Affleck and Rosamund as Nick and "Amazing" Amy Dunne, during their happy first meeting. Things will obviously go downhill from here when Nick becomes a suspect in her disappearance, but this brief glimpse at one of the good times is pretty integral.
Gone Girl hits theaters on October 3rd.
