After days of slow build up involving the release of multiple small posters for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn pt. 2, the final one-sheet is here and it's.....a stunningly bad use of Photoshop. Whomp! I don't know why anyone would be surprised since virtually all of the marketing for the film that needs no marketing has been terrible. The "epic finale that will live forever"? Come on, folks. Cornball, much?
As you can see, the image features Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner running and looking deadly serious about something. Perhaps it's the prospect of having to find something to do now that their cash cow is going bye-bye. Lautner certainly has to be a little concerned. Although the poster wouldn't clue you in, the story has something to do with Bella and Edward fighting the mysterious Volturi to save the life of their half-breed daughter, Renesmee. Meanwhile Jacob does something really creepy and disturbing with her that would get him locked up in any other town, and presumably there's a fight of some sort. Right. Oh, and there's an all-important extra scene in the closing credits, so those of us who will be anxious to make a hasty retreat will have to hang out awhile.
