Chloe Sevigny Joins 'Little Accidents'; 'Transformers 4' Adds Victoria Summer; Kaley Cuoco Joins Untitled Comedy

* Production has begun on the indie drama Little Accidents, which was one of a pair of smaller films Elizabeth Banks signed on to recently. Joining Banks and Boyd Holbrook in the cast are Chloe Sevigny, Josh Lucas, and Jacob Lofland (Mud), making for a solid group in Sarah Colangelo's debut feature. The story “follows the disappearance of JT, a 14 year-old boy in an American coal town which has already seen its share of tragedy after a mining accident. JT’s disappearance draws together three local residents from very different walks of life. Together they struggle to navigate the web of secrets surrounding the boy’s death, unaware of how connected they truly are.” Look for this to probably hit the festival circuit next year. This totally sounds like a potential Sundance selection.

* Don't be surprised if British actress Victoria Summer is a very big deal very soon. She landed the plum role of Mary Poppins' Julie Andrews in the potential Oscar contender, Saving Mr. Banks. And now she's taken to Twitter and revealed her role in Michael Bay's Transformers 4, so she's got all of her blockbuster bases covered. It sounds like it could be a pretty big role, as well, as she was originally set for only three days of shooting, but it has been expanded to three weeks. The role is being kept under wraps, but Summer joins a cast that includes Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, TJ Miller, and Li Bingbing. Transformers 4 opens on June 27th 2014.

* Kaley Cuoco will dump her fellow geeks in The Big Bank Theory for a chance to hang out with Josh Gad and Kevin Hart in the untitled comedy from The Break-Up scribe, Jeremy Garelick. Garelick will make his directorial debut and co-write the script for the buddy film, which has Hart as a charismatic guy who plays Best Man to guys who can't find a friend to stand up for them at weddings. Gad will be the groom-to-be who hires him, while Cuoco is the self-centered fiancee. [TheWrap]
