A Force of Nature Awakens in New 'Godzilla' Trailer

The blockbuster season may kick off in a few days with The Amazing Spider-Man 2, but for many (like me) the most anticipated movie of the summer is Godzilla. The king of all monsters has been in desperate need of a comeback for a long time...or at least a competent comeback....and it appears Gareth Edwards has figured out how to make Godzilla awesome again.

A new trailer has been released that takes the creature out of the shadows and reveals his full, terrible power. There's a ton of never-before-seen footage here that shows off the visual effects and the A+ cast led by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Bryan Cranston, Ken Watanabe, and Juliette Binoche. Godzilla hits theaters on May 16th.
