Watch Batman and Darth Vader's Brutal Showdown in Latest 'Super Power Beat Down'

The folks at Machinima, the ones behind the Street Fighter web series, have put together one of the most awesome, geek-tastic things ever with their "Super Power Beat Down" series. Basically they take two fictional characters that we'll probably never get a chance to see go at it, and craft an entire battle story around them. Their latest is the best one yet, featuring a showdown between Batman and Darth Vader aboard the Death Star! This one is brutal and amazing and...well, just watch it for yourself. Pretty cool way to get amped up for today's Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer!

Machinima Debuts 'Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist'; Watch All Episodes Here!

As someone who has plunked down many a quarter on Street Fighter as a kid and adult, and still plays the game at home, I've been looking forward to Machinima's Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist web series. Created by Joey Ansah, who also plays the awesomely powerful Akuma, the 13-episode show follows the adventures of Ken, Ryu, and many of the game's most popular characters. Machinima has been doing an amazing job building up to the big debut, and now it's finally here.

Machinima has made available all of the first season episodes of Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist, and it looks like their most impressive work yet. Also starring are Christian Howard, Togo Igawa, Akira Koieyama, Mike Moh, Gaku Space, Shogen Hyunri, Hal Yamanouchi and Mark Killeen. Check it out below, and be sure to show your support to Machinima so we can get a season two. Personally I'm hoping for a live-action Rival Schools series. I'd even write it myself!
